NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Gene expression-analysis company MetriGenix has changed its name to Xceed Molecular.
CEO Michael Cohen said the new name “makes a simple, forthright statement” that reflects the company’s aspirations.
The Toronto-based company, founded in 2003, makes an automated microarray workstation and is developing services to accompany it. The company acquired GeneXP Biosciences two years ago.
