Jivan Biologics

Premium
Jivan Biologics this week launched SpliceFold, a software package for the analysis of alternative splicing from microarray data.

The company claims the software is scalable to whole-genome and whole-spliceome analysis for human, mouse, and other organisms, and that it supports analysis of its own genome-wide human and mouse splice arrays, as well as data from non-Jivan array designs.

SpliceFold was made available to early-access customers last September and the current release is freely available to all Jivan customers. The company said it may charge for “premium versions” of its software in the future.
