PerkinElmer said last week that Jeff Capello has resigned as the company’s chief financial officer, effective June 6, to pursue other interests.
Michael Battles will replace Capello on an interim basis. Battles is currently the company’s vice president and controller.
Capello joined PerkinElmer in 2001 as controller for the analytical Instruments business. Prior to that, he held several positions at Deloitte & Touche.
