Agilent Technologies has received US Patent No. 7,750,908, "Focus plus context viewing and manipulation of large collections of graphs." The patent claims methods, systems and computer-readable media for visualizing a collection of graphs, where each of the graphs may be aligned along one axis of a visualization scheme. In one embodiment, the patent describes a computer-implemented method of displaying a large dataset of microarray comparative genomic hybridization data as a collection of graphs, with each graph composed of an ordered set of pairs of values.
