GenoLogics, Proteome Software Agree to Bundle LIMS & Data Solutions

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - GenoLogics and Proteome Software have partnered to supply a bundled lab and data management system to proteomics research labs, GenoLogics said today.

The bundled system, called Proteus-Analytics, is a combination of GenoLogics’ Proteus lab and data system with Proteome Software's ScaffoldBatch protein visualization and identification software, the company said.

The combined software will "enable researchers to manage, store, and organize experimental data, and confidently validate protein identifications from tandem mass spectrometry data," Mark Turner, Proteome Software's vice president of product development, said in a statement.
