Genisphere recently introduced its Array 900miRNA kits. According to the company, the microarray labeling kits are specifically designed for use with microRNAs, siRNAs, and other small RNA molecules such as nuclease fragments. The kits provide validated results from only 50 to 200 nanograms of microRNA-enriched samples, said the Hatfield, Pa.-based company.
