Genedata has released Expressionist Pro for analyzing transcriptomics and proteomics data side-by-side. The combined product is based on the company’s Expressionist and Impressionist systems. The software integrates transcriptomics and proteomics workflows, offers integrated statistical analysis, and facilitates integration of metabolomics data into transcriptomics and proteomics workflows, the company said.
