The European Molecular Biology Lab and Germany’s Resource Center/Primary Database (RZPD) have created a two-chip Human UniGene Set-RZPD3. The chip contains 51,145 sequence-verified cDNAs based UniGene clusters. It is not freely available to researchers but EMBL is open to sharing it on a collaborative basis.
