BioDiscovery this week launched Nexus Copy Number Professional Version 3, a data integration tool that allows thousands of arrays along with their clinical annotations from any array platform, such as Agilent, Affymetrix, Illumina, Roche Nimblegen, and Empire Genomics, to be loaded and processed in a single project.
 
Additionally, version 3 enables the integration of external gene expression and miRNA results to any copy number analysis project allowing the scientist to overlay the data on regions of chromosomal aberrations, the company said.
