Ariadne Genomics: May 18, 2005


Ariadne Genomics this week released PathwayStudio Central, which the company describes as client-server software for visualization and analysis of biological pathways and gene regulation networks.

According to Ariadne, PathwayStudio Central builds pathways from microarray data, identifies biomarkers, and models drug responses. The software comes with a ResNet database of 500,000+ functional relationships and a MedScan tool for automatic extraction of information from scientific literature.
