Applied Precision to Resell MolecularWare Software with ArrayWoRxe Biochip Reader

Applied Precision and MolecularWare have entered into a reseller relationship. Under the agreement, MolecularWare’s DigitalGenome software will be integrated into Applied Precision’s arrayWoRxe microarray biochip readers and will be marketed under the name softWoRxTracker.

The arrayWoRxe reader illuminates microarrays using a light delivery and collection technology that combines a white light source and charged coupled device camera, rather than a laser light source, and photo-multiplier tube. DigitalGenome helps capture and analyze data from high-throughput research platforms.

“Applied Precision’s research customers worldwide will now have the means to more effectively organize the staggering flow of data that they are producing,” said Richard Kivel, CEO of MolecularWare, in a statement.
