Affymetrix Inks Deal with GenoSplice for Transcriptome Informatics | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Affymetrix today said that it has signed a co-marketing agreement with GenoSplice naming the Evry, France-based bioinformatics firm as its preferred data analysis service provider for the GeneChip Human Transcriptome Array 2.0.

Affy noted that GenoSplice's Easana expression analysis product, which can analyze data from the firm's microarrays including its GeneChip Exon 1.0 ST Array, the GeneChip Human Transcriptome Array 1.0 and the newer GeneChip Human Transcriptome Array 2.0.
