Zurich Genomics Center Opts for StoreAge SAN

NEW YORK, March 18 (GenomeWeb News) - Storage-area network provider StoreAge Networking Technologies said last week that the Functional Genomics Center Zurich is using its StoreAge Storage Virtualization Manager SAN storage-management system.

 

The deployment was led by ABC Systems, StoreAge's distributor in Switzerland.

 

FGCZ's SAN now includes IBM xSeries file, database, and backup servers in a Microsoft Windows environment and different classes of storage systems.

 

Financial terms of the agreement were not provided.
