Waters Places $100M in Senior Notes

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Waters has privately placed $100 million in 5 percent Series B Senior Notes due Feb. 1, 2020, the firm said today in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Milford, Mass.-based firm said that it would use the proceeds from the placement to repay other outstanding debt and for other corporate purposes.
