NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Warnex Pro-DNA Services today announced a contribution agreement with Canada's federal research and development organization to develop a pre-screening method for forensic mitochondrial DNA testing.

Under the deal, the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program will provide Warnex Pro-DNA up to C$49,200 (US$48,000) in funding, as well as technical and business advisory services.
