VWR to Sell Bioneer's Wares in North American Market

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - Lab products vendor VWR will distribute Bioneer’s genomics tools and custom oligonucleotides in North America through an exclusive agreement, Bioneer said this week.

Under the “long-term” deal, the West Chester, Penn.-based VWR will exclusively market Bioneer’s products in the US, Canada, and Mexico. These products include DNA and RNA oligonucleotides, PCR-based products, DNA/RNA isolation and purification tools, and other molecular biology equipment.

Bioneer said the agreement allows it to continue to supply its own customer base.

The agreement was signed between VWR and Bioneer Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Korea's Bioneer Corp. based in Alameda, Calif.
