VWR to Distribute SynX Diagnostics in Canada

NEW YORK, March 27 - VWR International has a signed a three-year contract with SynX to distribute its point-of-care diagnostic products in Canada, the SynX said today.

 

The agreement will begin April 1, and by mid-month VWR will begin selling SynX's myocardial-infarction test. "In the near term" the partnership also intends to launch point-of-care tests for traumatic brain injury and congestive heart failure.

 

Both firms are based on Toronto.
