VBI to Use GraphLogic Process-Management Software

NEW YORK, March 9 (GenomeWeb News) - GraphLogic, a life science informatics firm based in Branford, Conn., has installed its BioGraphWeaver process- and data-management software at the Virginia Bioinformatics Institute, the company said yesterday.


VBI said that the company deployed twelve customized enterprise systems, including systems for 2D-gel electrophoresis/mass spectrometry, microarrays, DNA sequencing, and library screening, among others.


GraphLogic said that its software architecture enables rapid development of enterprise-level software systems with "unprecedented levels of flexibility."


Financial terms of the VBI agreement were not disclosed.
