Union Holdings to Distribute Boekel DNA Analyzer in Japan

NEW YORK, Sept. 7 (GenomeWeb News) - Union Holdings has signed a distribution agreement with USbiotechnology firm Boekel Industries to distribute Boekel's DNA analyzer technology in Japan, the companies said last week.

 

Under the terms of the agreement, Union Holdings will market Boekel's MicroHybe, which uses patented DNA microarray hybridization acceleration technology developed at the Universityof Pennsylvania.

 

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
