Tripos Joins SciTegic Vendor Partner Program for Compatible Software

NEW YORK, June 23 (GenomeWeb News) - Tripos has joined SciTegic's independent software vendor partner program, under which member companies work to provide software compatibility, the companies said today.

The program, which has 12 partners, aims to allow customers to access members' software products. "Through this partnership, our joint users will employ Tripos technologies in the workflow-centric Pipeline Pilot environment to solve more complex problems, and to reach a broader audience of users through the flexible deployment of validated processing routines," said Mathew Hahn, SciTegic vice president and general manager.

Tripos said it plans to release a standard set of discovery informatics components for the Pipeline Pilot as part of the Informatics Web Services Toolkit slated to ship later this year.
