NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Shareholders and option holders in Tm Bioscience have approved a plan by Luminex to buy the Canadian company, Tm said today.
 
The company said the acquisition now will go before an Ontario Superior Court Justice for review on Feb. 27. If the court approves the deal it should close the following day, Tm said.
 
The acquisition was originally announced last December.
