Tm Bioscience Pockets $7.2M in Debenture Financing Round

NEW YORK, Nov. 15 (GenomeWeb News) - Tm Bioscience has pocketed CA$8.6 million ($7.2 million) in a secured debenture financing round, the company said today.


The financing, led by Wellington Financial and Canadian Medical Discoveries Fund, helped Tm to pay down CA$2.1 million from an outstanding loan made by CMDF.


The company added that the net proceeds of the latest financing will be used for general corporate purposes.
