Third Wave Receives ISO Certification; Move Supports Future CE Marking

NEW YORK, Jan. 20 (GenomeWeb News) - Third Wave Technologies has received ISO certification for its quality management processes, a step supporting any future CE marking of its products for sale in the European Union, said company spokesman Rod Hise.

The company has already received a CE mark for its products sold in Europe by a distributor, and the ISO 13485:2003 certification recently awarded by BSI Management Systems "reinforces and supports ongoing" CE marking of those and future products, said Hise.
