Teranode and UW s Bumgarner Lab to Develop Methodologies for Microarrays

NEW YORK, July 12 (GenomeWeb News) - Teranode said today that it is collaborating with the University of Washington's Bumgarner Lab and Center for Expression Arrays to develop and publish experiment design automation methodologies for streamlining microarray experiments.

 

According to Teranode, the collaboration is expected to produce "streamlined operations for the Center for Expression Arrays, open-source extensions to the Teranode XDA [experiment design automation] platform for microarray experiments for use by other facilities, and methodologies for automating a microarray core facility for use by other facilities."

 

Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
