Tecan Wins $10M Bid to Outfit South African Police With Forensic DNA Technology

NEW YORK, April 7 (GenomeWeb News) - Tecan will receive8.4 million ($10.2 million) in exchange for supplying the South African Police Service with its TRAC forensic DNA-typing system, the company said today.


The project is financed by a European Union initiative to assist reconstruction and development in South Africa.
