SurroMed Takes License to Ingenuity Pathway Analysis Application

NEW YORK, Dec. 8 (GenomeWeb News) - SurroMed said today that it has licenced Ingenuity Systems' Pathway Analysis, an application that maps relationships between proteins, genes, complexes, cells, tissues, drugs, and diseases.


Financial terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.


Ingenuity has recently licensed the Pathways Analysis system to the  Genomics Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation, the  Stanford Genome Technology Center, and  GlaxoSmithKline, and recently signed a software distribution  deal with investor Affymetrix.
