Specialty Labs and Tm Make Available CF Screening Test

NEW YORK, Nov. 26 (GenomeWeb News) -Specialty Laboratories and Tm biosciences today announced the availability of a multiplex genetic screening test for Cystic Fibrosis that they have jointly developed.


The test screens for 70 of the most clinically important CF gene mutations in the US population. The test is based on Tm's Tag-it mutation detection technology, and is being made available through physicians and other health care professionals.
