Sorenson Genomics Buys DNA-Testing Company Identigene | GenomeWeb
NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — DNA-testing company Sorenson Genomics today said it has acquired for an undisclosed sum Identigene, a forensic and paternity DNA-services shop.
Sorenson COO Douglas Fogg said the deal will benefit both the forensics and relatedness DNA-testing industries. Sorenson serves the same markets as Identigene through its Relative Genetics and Sorenson Forensics division.
