Sloning Biotechnology Closes 4.3M Series B

NEW YORK, April 10 - German genomics-tool start up Sloning Biotechnology Sloning BioTechnology today said it has closed 4.3 million, or $4.6 million, in a Series B round of private-equity financing.


The company said it will use the cash to complete the automation of its eponymous gene-synthesis technology, and to prepare for market entry.


HBM Partners led the round, which included investments by DEWB and 3i.
