Shimadzu Signs Distribution Agreement with Nonlinear Dynamics

NEW YORK, Jan. 15 (GenomeWeb News) - Shimadzu and Nonlinear Dynamics have signed an OEM distribution agreement for Nonlinear's proteomics software, the companies said today.


Shimadzu Biotech, a unit of Kyoto, Japan-based Shimadzu, will globally distribute a selection of Nonlinear's software for the analysis of 2D and 1D electrophoresis gels under the brand-name Shimadzu Phoretix.


In December, Newcastle, UK-based Nonlinear already signed a distribution agreement with Shimadzu subsidiary Shimadzu Oceania.
