SciMax Will Distribute InforMax Software in Austria, Germany

NEW YORK, July 2-InforMax said today that Germany's SciMax will sell its data management and gene expression analysis software in Germany and Austria.

 

The deal covers all InforMax software products, and SciMax will also have exclusive rights to distribute the GenoMax bioinformatics software package in these markets.

 

Financial details were not disclosed.

 

InforMax currently has almost 2,500 customers in those two countries.

 

SciMax distributes and supports life sciences software in central Europe. It is based in Nuremberg.
