Rubicon Genomics in DNA Amplification Deal With Sanger Institute

NEW YORK, Aug. 6 (GenomeWeb News) - Rubicon Genomics said today that it has entered an agreement to perform DNA amplification services for The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute of Hinxton, UK.


Financial details were not provided.


The company will amplify DNA from 5,000 subjects participating in studies of obesity and type 2 diabetes using its OmniPlex Whole Genome Amplification technology.
