NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Rosetta Biosoftware today said its Syllego software is now compatible with Affymetrix’s GeneChip microarray platform.
 
The compatibility will enable Rosetta to support genome-wide-association studies and research aimed at discovering genetic risk factors for disease.
 
The Syllego system provides data management, quality control, data analysis, and meta-analysis functions and tools.
