Rosetta Biosoftware Integrates Resolver With Affymetrix s GeneChip Software

NEW YORK, Feb. 4 (GenomeWeb News) - Rosetta Biosoftware announced yesterday the integration of its version 5.0 Rosetta Resolver gene expression data analysis system with Affymetrix's GeneChip Operating Software.

Following the integration, researchers working with GeneChip microarray data can directly import results from the Affymetrix core software into the Resolver application, Rosetta said.

According to Rosetta, the interoperability between the two systems allows for efficient and scalable data management, and will allow Affymetrix users to analyze their data using Resolver without converting data formats.
