Riken and Keio University Partner for Metabolomics Research

NEW YORK, June 6 (GenomeWeb News) - The Riken institute and KeioUniversityplan to develop a national research platform for metabolomics, the two Japanese institutions said today.


Under the agreement, the RikenPlantScienceCenterwill conduct metabolic profiling and analyses in plants, while the Institute for Advanced Biosciences of Keio University will perform similar studies in animals and microorganisms.


Additional terms were not disclosed.
