Qiagen, Becton JV Sells Molecular Testing Tools to GlaxoSmithKline | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK, Aug. 6 - PreAnalytix, a Swiss-based joint venture between Qiagen and Becton Dickinson, has signed on GlaxoSmithKline as a new customer for its molecular-testing tools, PreAnalytix said yesterday.

The company's first product, the PaxGene Blood RNA system, is designed to help gene analysis of blood samples. It was launched in April 2001.
