NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - Japanese research equipment supply company Tomy Digital Biology will market Protagen’s qualitative analysis proteomics software in Japan, Protagen said today.
 
Under the agreement, Tomy Digital Biology will be Protagan’s exclusive distributor in Asia for the Modiro PTM-Explorer software, which is used to identify post-translational protein modifications using existing mass spectrometry data.
 
Financial terms of the agreement were not released.
