Pritzker Neuropsych Consortium Licenses Ingenuity s Pathway Analysis Software

NEW YORK, March 14 (GenomeWeb News) - The Pritzker Neuropsychiatric Disorders Research Consortium will license Ingenuity's Pathway Analysis software for neuropsychiatric disorder research, Ingenuity said today.


The PNDRC will use the newest release of Pathway Analysis to illustrate differences in gene expression and to determine their distribution in neuronal pathways, circuits, and target systems.


Financial terms were not disclosed.


The PNDRC is a collaborative research enterprise comprising scientific groups at the Universityof Michigan, StanfordUniversity, Universityof Californiaat Irvine, Universityof Californiaat Davis, and Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Its mission is to understand the neurobiology and genetics of mood disorders and schizophrenia.
