PerkinElmer to Pay Shareholders $.17 Per-Share Dividend in August

NEW YORK, May 18 (GenomeWeb News) - PerkinElmer's board of directors on Tuesday declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.07 per share of common stock payable on Aug. 11 to all shareholders of record on July 21, the company said yesterday in a statement.
