NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – PerkinElmer said today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $.07 per share.

The dividend is payable on May 8 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 17.

PerkinElmer is scheduled to report its fourth-quarter and fiscal-year 2008 financial results after the close of the market on Thursday.
