PerkinElmer Declares $.07 Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, Jan. 25 (GenomeWeb News) - PerkinElmer's board of directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $.07 cents per share of common stock, the company said yesterday.

 

The dividend is payable on May 12, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 21, 2006, the company said.
