PerkinElmer Board Declares Dividend | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – The board of directors of PerkinElmer has declared a quarterly dividend of $.07.

The dividend is payable on May 13 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 22.

PerkinElmer is scheduled to report its fourth-quarter and fiscal-year 2010 financial results on Feb. 3.
