Paradigm Taps as CEO Former Syngenta Official

NEW YORK, July 18 - Paradigm Genetics said today it has hired as president and CEO former Syngenta Crop Protection head Heinrich Gugger.


Gugger, 51, takes the helm from John Hamer, who stepped in as interim CEO after John Ryals was sacked in February.


Hamer, whom many in the industry privately believed would go on to become full-time president and CEO, will remain as chief scientific officer, Paradigm said.
