OHSU's Microarray Core Facility Licenses GeneGo's Software Suite | GenomeWeb
NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Oregon Health and Science University has licensed several of GeneGo’s data analysis software platforms for use in its Affymetrix Microarray Core facility, GeneGo said today.
 
Under the agreement, the OHSU microarray facility will use GeneGo’s MetaCore for pathways analysis, its MapEditor for pathway editing and communications, and its MetaLink for adding interactions to MetaCore-curated pathways.
