Novartis Picks GeneData for Software Platform Build-out

NEW YORK, Jan. 23 - GeneData said today that it is working with Novartis to help the pharmaceutical company build an integrated software platform for data visualization and analysis.

 

The computational data analysis platform will help to analyze and visualize high throughput screening and compound profiling data, assess data quality, and perform large-scale compound profiling, according to GeneData.

 

Novartis has licensed GeneData's Screener software system as part of the multi-year deal.

 

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
