NEWSBRIEF: Syrrx Sues Oculus for Patent Infringement

NEW YORK, May 1 - Syrrx today said it has filed a patent-infringement suit against Oculus Pharmaceuticals.

 

The suit, filed in the US District Court of Delaware, claims that Oculus used certain "nanovolume technologies" patented by Syrrx.
