NEWSBRIEF: GeneData Licenses Microarray Analysis Software to Stanford

SAN FRANCISCO, May 9 - GeneData has licensed its microarray analysis software to Stanford University School of Medicine, the company announced in late April.

 

GeneData's Expressionist software will be used by Stanford for quality control and statistical analysis of microarray data analyzing the molecular mechanisms underlying vascular disease, according to the Waltham, Mass.-based company.

 

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

 

GeneData is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Basel, Switzerland-based GeneData.
