NanoScreen Hires European Distributor

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – NanoScreen said today that it has signed up the French company Proteigene to distribute some of its laboratory products in France.

Under the agreement, Proteigene will distribute NanoScreen's disposable tips, dispense heads, head repair services, and delivery systems, including the company's 96, 384, or 1536 dispense heads.

NanoScreen's offerings include dispense heads for CSS, Packard, and PerkinElmer liquid handling systems as well as some Beckman Coulter and Molecular Devices' systems.

The agreement also gives Proteigene access to new NanoScreen products including the V30 tip, which will be available in Europe later this year, the Charleston, SC –based company said.
