Monsanto Opening Beijing Genomics, Biotech Center | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Monsanto said today that it will open a research center in Beijing that will focus on collaborations with Chinese research institutions in plant biotechnology and genomics research.

The agricultural biotech firm said that the Monsanto Biotechnology Research Center in Zhongquancun will conduct early-stage genomics and bioinformatics research and it will be the base for collaborations with Chinese scientists.
