Molecular Connections Signs United Bioinformatica as Canadian Distributor for Netpro

NEW YORK, June 22 (GenomeWeb News) - Molecular Connections has signed on United Bioinformatica as a Canadian distributor of its Netpro protein interaction database and custom literature curation services, the companies said.

 

Netpro contains over 34,000 curated and annotated protein interactions from published biomedical literature, as well as protein-DNA and protein-small molecule interactions, Molecular Connections said. Molecular Connctions is based in Bangalore, India.

 

United Bioinformatica, based in Calgary, Alberta, provides software for laboratory information management systems, microarray expression analysis, prtoeimics, data mining, and sequence analysis.
